教育不是用“唬吓”来达到学习的结果 翔斌

某位同僚聊起学校的政策与实行的方式时,无独有偶发现蛮多的学校行政人员几乎贯用“惩罚”或“唬吓”的方式来 “驾驭”下属,以期达到他们预期、想象中所要的结果。在进行这系列管瞎时,严重缺乏了人性与变通的运用,忘却了人是独特万物之灵,不论是学生或导师,心的交流,以爱为出发点,以心感动心为推动,以身作则,必能感动对方的诚意度而以合作性的方式来进行或推动团结、团对精神。

当中若缺发了人性的敏感度、人性心理学的认知,则所推动出来的教育是较趋向表面化、“粗糙”或僵硬的教育产品。举个例子来说,若不能“因材施教”、“因材善用资源”,则人人千篇一律,导师的优良素质不能得以善用、发挥所长,将导至浪费人才、闷闷不乐;相对的,若学生的兴趣、学习的正确方式和理想不能得以发挥,学习反而成了“一门死水的知识”,只为学而学,最后也不知为了什么而学。单单只为那一份成绩单吗?难怪学子愈来愈压抑、不快乐,结果制造出更多潜伏着精神压力的下一代!

所以教育不精彩了、失去了当初应有的颜色,教育只是一再培养出不能自由发挥、自由推动的下一代;最终导师沉闷学生也沉闷。有太多的约束和规条捆绑了“用心良苦”的导师。教育成了一种模式,不断的复制同一类形的饼干而已,结果’适者生存“,教育里有了太多不能说的真心话,不断讨好的政策一再充斥教育市场,结果教育的体系可想而知!除非遇上了一位开明、深谙人性心理学的教育管理者,则学校有福了、学生快乐了而导师也重展欢颜。只是夫复何求呢?

但愿首相的心愿(刚刚过了他的诞辰)、普罗大众人民的心愿也得以达成的一天!这就仰赖于教育者的良知、良师的果敢言行、一校掌门人的智慧等等,来共同推动出美好的明天。希望我们所等待的明天不会太久,也希望掌权人凭者良知、真心作教育,而非妥协于权势派和裙带凤关系!

PSALM 37
Do not fret because of evil men
or be envious of those who do wrong;
for like the grass they will soon wither,
like green plants they will soon die away.

Trust in the Lord and do good;
dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.
Delight yourself in the lord
and he will give you the desires of your heart.

Commit your way to the Lord;
trust in Him and he will do this:

"He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn,
the justice of your cause like the noonday sun.
Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him;
do not fret when men succeed in their ways,
when they carry out their wicked schemes.

Refrain from anger and turn from wrath;
do not fret -- it leads only to evil.
For evil men will be cut off,
but those who hope in the Lord will inherit the land....."

The salvation of the righteous comes from the Lord,
he is their stronghold in time of trouble.
The Lord helps them and delivers them;
he delivers them from the wicked and saves them,
because they take refuge in him.
